Have bought several rugs from this company, but they have become really rude in the past few years. I discovered that my last order was wrong after I got my rug all the way home and I did not even get so much as an apology when I rolled it up and schlepped it back across town. For a purchase of over $1000, I expect much better service. You will never hear "thanks for shopping with us" from anyone at this company. I have also gotten a bad attitude from at least two of the women who work in the front salesroom. They are really terse and act bothered to answer a question or help you find what you are looking for. I need three more rugs for my home and I will NOT be buying from Myers again. I only wish I had not given them so many chances from the start!
