The ferries themselves are as comfortable as expected for the 25 minute journey. The staff are nice and ensure you are safe and have the right knowledge about pick up and drop off locations. The onyl part I found disappointing about the experience of the ferries is the long wait. You have to arrive early in the morning to ensure a ticket on the boat as they sell out quickly. Even if you arrive at 10am, you may not be able to get a boat until after 2:00pm. A sign the attraction is good, but I wish they run more boats during busy season!
One of the most unusual Hotels I've seen in a while. I was htere for an event and the staff did an excellent job. The space was very interesting. The Hotel is the old Prison and the guest rooms are locate don the old prison floors. The networking space was the balcony and it had wonderful views of the rest of the hotel.
The food and service were great and the bar is the new place to be!
A great for high end events. They can be very creative with their space. The staff are wonderful but do seam to be very thinly spread out.
Peterson have a vast stock of items that you may need when planning an event or just looking for a tent extension. I have been a litle dissappointed with service the few times I've worked with them but it's hard to find another place in Boston which can provide you everything in one transaction
Very reliable and great vehicles. The pricing is steep and they usually have a hourly minimum so this is best if you need transport for more than 4 hours. Be warned they add grat and tolls after the quote.
The captains on these little boats that run all over the Harbor are friendly and personable. You can take the boat to 26 locatiopns across the harbor and it can be one of the best was to see the sunset over the city,
They also do private boat tours over towards the Harbor Islands.
Madison's make great floral arrangements and are more reasonably priced than some other floral companies. The arrangements are usually good for one night events but don't last much longer.
The staff are great to work with!
I had a great experience and a not so great experience in this store. I first went in to find running shoes as I was starting to train for a marathon. People say when you try the right pair on, you'll know! Well about 7 pairs in, I still wasn't quite there. I ended up buying a pair just so the guy didn't look so bored with me!
I took them back a few days later after running in the mud and was svered by another gentlman who took a great interest in why they didn't work and asked me questions. The first pair he brought our were perfect and I will continue to shop from the store.
The flowers are not cheap but they last up to 10 days. The staff are so creative and truly understand your needs. The arrangements they create are stunning and I would recommend Winston's for all special events.
This is what a sandwhich place should be and you may even have enough left over for dinner. Yes it's s lightly more expenisve than your average subway but the quality is so much better
