A friend that lived in Vegas recommended this place. It's not too far off the strip... just a few miles behind Mirage...The place does get packed so get there early on the weekend and try the tripe!!!
have to agree... the food was okay. We ordered a claypot rice... salty and too much pepper... reminded me of a catfish dish.
I can't remember if the food was good here or not.. but the restaurant is clean and they have another floor above the main dining room.
Great prices and lots of fresh produce! I didn't even know this place existed until I was waiting for a table at Gochi.
A mom and pop store for those who need their watches repaired... or if you just need a battery change. They charge about $8 to change your battery.. it's a bit more than changing out the battery yourself. Not bad if you don't have the tools... so come support a local shop!
Great prices and lots of fresh produce! I bought some apples and oranges here... super sweet and cheap too!
Two tries was all it took for me to go somewhere else. I read other reviews that Bonnie is a good stylist but it didn't work out for me. The first time she cut my hair too short even though I told her the length... second time I told her to make sure it's not too short and to make it a certain style...I came out looking ridiculous...was bad enough that my friend couldn't stop laughing when we left.
It's a nice cozy spot, parking is hard, Bonnie is nice but I'm sorry... I found a place in a sunset that charges half and does a better job.
Excellent service and food! Make sure you try their specials. If you're there for brunch, try to get a window seat so you can people watch. =)
We were desperate for some Kobe beef! Our car was packed and I figured I'll just pick up the Kobe from a butcher in SF on our way to Tahoe....of course it's never that simple! I tried all my places in SF and they don't have 10lbs of it! I use to purchase Kobe from Harris too, but they raised their prices from $35/lb to $55/lb! That's just ridiculous!
I was really surprised to find this was the only shop in the bay area that had some Kobe! They had the Kobe but it was 75% more expensive than my regular spot in SF. We bought it anyways.... spent like $500 on Kobe! Why so much Kobe beef... it's for a bachelor party dinner in Tahoe!
A tip though if you're buying it by bulk... have them cut the steaks for you because it's a pain cutting the steaks with dull knives and too much alcohol in your system.
I stop by here each time I swing by Sausalito. There are so many toys in this place it'll probably take you at least 30 minutes to get out of this place. =)
