Am NOT pleased. I called to schedule an appointment and luckily they could fit me in the same day, but I had to be there within 40 minutes. I think there was one stylist trying to make an extra few bucks by squeezing me in. He seemed rushed and a little nervous. Ryan looked at my hair, and it sounded as though we were on the same page, (didnt have time to bring pics cus they gave me 40 min). I told him how I'd been avoiding getting my hair cut for over 8 months, because the last person left such a noticeable shelf between my front layers and the back.
I told him I basically wanted a bob, but longer, and he could take a few inches off the back to make it all the same length. I have a license, I've been to cosmetology school, and he was still talking to me like I was an idiot. He did NOT take out bullk like I wanted, he did not add layers all throughout like I asked. There is a chunk missing on the right side, in the FRONT, so I couldnt hide it if I wanted to. When I pointed it out he said, "Well I did the same thing on both sides" Without acknowledging at all that there was a missing spot.
This is exactly why I waited so long to get a haircut. I, once again, have the same cut as before, only shorter, Long in back, short in front, and not a gradual difference. When I pointed this out, he said "It's going to take a couple hair cuts to get it all the same length". WTF? It takes ONE. You just cut more off the back. He seemed nervous and rushed the whole time, was constantly checkin his phone, and had sweat dripping down his face. Then acted like he did me a favor, says I normally charge more for flat ironing but I'll just do my normal rate which is 65. Yeah, thing is when I called I said "Cut AND Style" Thats part of the job. Don't know if I should go in again and try and have him fix it, or go spend another 65 somewhere else.... DO NOT SEE RYAN.
