I completely agree with the last review posted as I had a very similar experience with this place. I used to go there a lot before the owner sold the business to her sister (around summer of 09). But since the ownership change, the quality of work and customer service has significantly decreased. Before the ownership changed, they made impossible requests possible and did such an amazing job of it and provided an excellent customer service. Since the new owner, I don't even know how many times I had to go back for "re-do." They messed up so many of my clothes that some of them came back completely unwearable. It's partly my fault because I still went there even after they'd already made a few mistakes, but having experienced a quality work in the past, I was hoping it would eventually improve. The worst job they did was with a silk DVF top that came back with an unfinished and destroyed hem. When I complained, the owner said I had to pay extra to get it fixed because they couldn't find an original ticket!!! Also, when I complained about the jeans with one leg shorter than the other (just like the last reviwer), the owner had a nerve to tell me that it was because one of my legs was shorter than the other and it was not their fault. UNBELIEVABLE!!! That was the last straw.
