I will not bring my vehicle back to this garage. I don't feel that they are looking out for their customers best interests to keep their vehicle's running well. I have had two oil changes performed at Parent's. I asked them to top off the fluids (coolant, oil, windshield wiper, etc) and was told they would have the technician do this. I ran out of w.w fluid a few days later. The 2nd visit I made it a point to tell them this occurred and be certain to have the tech take care of topping off the fluids. There was no visible fluid in the w.w. reservoir. This is such a minor thing; however, it made me question whether they had done anything.
My most recent visit 6/27/10, my coolant light came on and I thought I should have the radiator flushed because the reservoir looked muddy. Rather then having a tech look at it and give me advice as I asked, I was told by the office help that it probably should be flushed. Unrelated to what the car was being serviced for - A day later, my battery light came on and my alternator began acting up. Call me crazy but shouldn't a mechanic be able to tell by the sound of how the motor is running whether it needs additional workI will NOT be back to this shop. I don't trust them. They have done nothing positive to attempt to build this trust.
