I am currently having a terrible experience with Mitsubishi Service Department. I took my 2008 Raider truck because engine seemed to be running rough and engine light was on. After an entire week they replaced the ignition coil. When I picked the truck up ,I noticed it was doing the same thing. I called them up and only after insisting there was still a problem was I told to bring truck back. Now they say that they cannot honor the warranty because when I replaced spark plugs about 4 weeks ago, I did not replace them with exact original parts even though the plugs I used cross referenced with original part number. I also mentioned to them that this tactic violates the Magnuson- Moss Warranty Act. I picked up truck from service department which is at the mazda dealership and drove it back to Bakersfield Mitsubishi where it sits now. Truck is running worse now then before. I also will clarify that the problem with truck happened abruptly around the 13th of july. I only replaced plugs as per service schedule and all was fine with truck. Today I'm hoping to meet with Mark at dealership to see if he can help . Wish me luck.
