I went to Kim's once. The girl who "did" my nails was more interested in all the conversations going on, making sure her mom did not see her on the cell phone and basically did not pay any attention to ME, the customer. The nails were really bad looking, very thick. She made a mistake on my nails, and then told me, because I "moved" she sighed and did an eyeroll. I don't need to pay money for a manicure I could have done a better job on myself, without the attitude. I tell everyone I meet that they have crappy service. I guess it's okay if you are a ghetto chick, but I don't settle for less. Go over to Q's on Biddulph and Ridge, they know how to treat people. Money is to scarce to throw away on crappy service. Sorry, but it's true. Learn how to treat people with respect, it goes both ways.
