it is obvious from the fist time you talk to the guys at Avalon that they are very knowledgeable about Audi's and German cars in general. Brian and Phil are both really customer focused and took the time to discuss in great details the problems with my car and went over the different options and prices. They really try to give you all the info you need to make a good decision. There was no pressure and perhaps best of all I found their rates to be better than two other dealership quotes.

All in all I have only good things to say about them and will for sure take my car back there in the future when the need arises.
