I have been here always for birthday parties and the kids just love it. We bring a crowd of about 20 usually and they have the tables reserved for us and its never crowded. Good pizza, full salad bar area although small and a fight if there's a line. Beer too, and the play area is amazing...you won't see your kids till it's feeding time!
Never feels good going into a pawn shop to sell off your jewelry for beyond super cheap...and this place does nothing to make you feel better. Its dark, dreary, creepy with weird people standing around, and you feel like a number at the DMV trying to convince someone you know what you're talking about and what you deserve. Sits on a corner of a busy intersection and the only thing pretty about this place is the flashy billboard sign out front and the jewelry you practically gave away.
You can't get any better than this place in a small town...a balcony area for 21 and over with beer served on certain nights. It's cozy with I think only 1 theater, the parking is downtown style, and there's almost velvet like material everywhere...very old style and neat for a date night!
Smaller and more countryish than your average Albertsons or Safeway, you will also be pleasantly surprised to see no self check outs. I don't know about you, but I miss just having a cashier to say hi to and not feel rushed. Soda prices are always on sale and everything is priced very reasonably. Not the best kept place but very family and local friendly.
I went here with my mom and was surprised to see all that this little shop held. Lots of inventory with an exchange program also. Very reasonably priced books and although not all new inventory, still so much to choose from! No place to really sit and read and sip coffee but a few aisles to get lost in regardless.
For the small town area, this place works for your party needs. Definitely not the inventory of a Party City store by any means, but you can find common theme items for luau's, casino nights, pirate and princess birthday parties and basic rentals as well. They also have equipment rentals too.
This is the next best thing in the area to a Rite Aid. Perfect for your basic home needs...you'll find your shampoo, some hammer and nails, a pair of socks, planters, and seasonal things. The service is scarce, they don't seem to stock many people which is fine since there's not a heavy population in the store most the time. Ample parking and close by to the middle school.
Can't say enough awesome things about these guys...until recently I always went here for my oil change needs. Nothing like watching the work being done on camera, but you also get informative customer service that isn't trying to drain your pocketbook. Plus you get discounts on the coffee drinks in store with an oil service. Makes waiting with a magazine delightful. If I'm in the area now and need an oil change, I definitely stop here.
I was nervous as heck the first time I walked in here for a fill and pedi. They are quick to ask what you need and just as quick to tell you how long of a wait. On the weekends, don't expect a last minute walk in appointment. It has always been packed and the staff is friendly and quick. A little sloppy with the gloss but it happens and is forgivable. They also do waxing there and the pedis are nice with a view of the highway. There's a little cafe and gas station right next to it so parking is plentiful but tight. Definitely the local favorite and worthy of your money!
Very small and quaint...a little shop among others in an old section of buildings off the highway. Quirky decor but the staff invites you in. If you aren't a regular local, the service is not the best it could be and you're more or less a number until they get to know you. Quality wise they're the same as any place in doing manis and fills. The parking is sucky, but its off the highway and that's what you get.
