This is a rebuttle to Dan F's comment. When Cassie had her vehicle towed in to our shop it would not start. We charged 1 hour for diagnostic time (which is standard in the industry) .5 hour to replace the fuel filter and 2 hours to remove the fuel tank, drain the tank, replace the fuel pump, re install the fuel tank and replace the fuel filter for a total of $365.75 in labor. We charged the customer $393.86 for the fuel pump that was an original AC Delco pump not a bad price since our cost was $350.07! I think any business deserves to make some profit. For the parts and labor for the fuel pump alone was $603.86 The customer also asked for an oil change. The total for everything including fuel pump, filter, diagnostic time and oil change including all taxes etc was only $896.37 I am not sure where Dan got his numbers or why he is spouting off about us "over charging" him which clearly did not happen. Cassie was informed on what we were going to do and what the cost was before we started working on the vehicle.
Yes our labor charge is $104.50 per hour we have all A.S.E Certified Master Technicians working here. They have all the same training you would get with a dealership Technician. We have hac no complaints filed with the BBB. We have been in business since 1967. We are AAA approved and have a customer service index rating of 100% We provide excellent service at a decent price how can you go wrong with a record like ours?
Thank You, Mark Copeland
