I was new to this office and it was my first day there. I feel that the office staff in the front who greet and communicate with you could be a little more courteous and understanding than they are. Especially the girl in the front can put a smile on her face like she is happy to be there & happy to help you. Yes Dr. Opara does need to be on time. I waited about 45 min after my scheduled appt before she came which was a little frustrating because I am big on being on time. I did have to remind them that I was there & waiting and once I did she eventually came out. My experience w/ her when she came in and during the process was a pretty good one. She prescribed what I need and got me in glasses that same day & I was able to see much better. So I believe w/ a little more courteous & caring work this office could succeed in customer satisfaction.
Okay so I called the daycare this morning, left a message for her to call back & she did. When I spoke with her she was very rude & un-professional! Had the nerve to ask me if I could afford it & if I was for sure I could, very shocking & bad service, yes I can afford it lady I am an RN with a masters degree in nursing! She was rushing me off the phone & did not want to answer any of my questions because she was so focused about me! Not recommended!
