After visiting Linden optometry to get an eye examination, i kind of changed my opinion of them; previously the establishment had been friendly overall, but this time as I initially got them...there was no " professionalism and great customer service from the front desk...no smile to make you feel welcome and at ease...as I waited in the other rooms to be seen. the same as employees passed by they just looked at you like if tyou are a piece of furniture there. ONLY one person smlie and say hi out of about 8-10 different people that I came across. I mean , they are a professional corporation right ? or is it just for tax purposes and to limit their liabilities? They seemed to smilie more at each other (workers) than to the patients. I mean , we are their business. After reading some of the reviews, I feel like some of them too, being push around and treated like a fat cash cow...milked you and see you next year. Maybe I will change my optometrist and as well as my family's. I ve had it here for sometime for convenience and great choice of glasses, but at the end of the day to me customer service and professionalism matter more than that. I would think that a lot people would feel the same way too. So this is my last year they milked me and my family. These are my two cents...maybe one of the corpration members can read these reviews and do something before the milk runs out on them just like it did too Enron, and AIG.
