I had the best experience here. I called around and got prices for 4 new tires for my SUV. Paul, at NTB gave me a very good deal. I also got a good price at Sears - only $15 more so I went there because I've done business with them before. Upon my arrival the price quoted to me over the phone was incorrect and the manager stated he "heard me wrong". I'll bet money he didn't hear incorrectly and it felt like a bait & switch! I went running from there! I called Paul back and asked him if I could come in. He said yes.

I had specific budget and time constraints and Paul stated he could meet both. He did. He does not promise what he can't deliver. He allieviated any of my concerns about the tires. I got a great deal. He met my time deadline. I'm a happy customer who will return. Finally dealing with someone who isn't out just to make a buck but to listen and bend over backwards to meet my needs.
