I agree-the WORST CUSTOMER SEVICE EVER!!!
I have had people who don't want to help me. I have been told incorrect return policy information. Currently I am trying to contact a manager in the burbank store..but they don't allow you to talk to anyone from the store when you call. You have to talk to the main center and they can't answer what you want to know.
its horribly frustrating.
