The salon has changed rapidly over the past few years. They do not seem to be able to attract new stylists or employees that stay for any length of time. It used to be a place where everyone had fun and was happy, not any more, this appears to be a management problem. If you do not keep your employees happy it shows in the overall picture. My stylist left because of unhappiness and lack of any future. I followed my stylist to True Salon when they opened, now my stylist has left True and I will follow her to her new Salon. It is just business, people use the individuals they like not a specific Salon, the best thing to do is move on and try to rebuild the business without bitterness. True will find themselves with no "good stylists" just average starters that have no real talent yet. Customers will also start to leave because of the bad Karma in the Salon.
