On several of the silver items, they billed me $5 per troy ounce more than the price at which I purchased them. And they didn't mail anonymously like I requested, since armed home invasion robberies are a regular occurance in my hometown. I didn't need everyone at the post office and anyone they want to gossip with to know I order from SilverTowne. This transaction has been a very bad experience.
My experience was similar to Kristin's.
I paid for my visit with a check and got another bill a few weeks later, with a letter threatening that a nonpayment was going to be put on my credit report. I went to my bank and got a copy of the cleared check that proved I had paid in full, and mailed it to them. A few weeks later, the same thing happened again and I did the same response. The third time, I took a copy of the cleared check and went there in person. Some European guy who apparently manages the place or handles the billing spoke with me and was very unapologetic, extremely rude, and very condescending.
The incompetence and lack of professionalism is not what you would expect at a medical facility.
