I've been their regular customer for 5 years. Well, not any more. Not after my car battery went dead. I went in to buy a battery charger. I asked for their guidance, and they picked a model for me. I brought it home and found out that it's not a jumpstarter, just a charger you use at home. I am a single woman, I've NEVER unscrewed a battery out of a car. I just needed the kind of a starter you attach to a battery while in the car. I thought I made it clear to those people?
So I told them next day that what they sold me was a wrong product. However, by that time I lost the receipt. I found the receipt a month later, but by the time they refused to take it back. Why? Their return policy does not say anything about it! My first and last return in 5 years, perfect condition, never used, the same model is still on their shelf and not even on sale. What's their problem?
I ended up giving them that useless device as a gift, in memory of their wonderful customer service.
It's hard to have to drive off the island every time I need some small item, but I can't imagine shopping with them again.
