After a 3 month battle with this newspaper, I was finally able to aquire a refund for my 78 year old mother. The paper contracted for 1 year to porch deliver the paper. They did not perform and in fact cancelled the paper in August 2010. They tried to bill her for over $300.00. She had prepaid per their contract for 1 year of delivery. They now charge more for this service, but, last November signed a contract to porch deliver the paper for $168.00. The customer service to correct this problem was terrible, even after multiple employees agreed that the company was at fault. I would never pay this company in advance, as they seem to think they can change the terms mof their contracts when and how they wish.
