AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. I left this place in tears, they destroyed my hair. I had to go somewhere else that day to get it fixed. It was so uneven at least by 2 inches. I donated my hair to locks of love and asked to do the minimum (10 inches) this lady cut off 13 inches!! Then I told her I wanted it angled and layered and that I hate bobs, and she gave me a bob!!!!! and cut off another 3 inches. It was so bad. She did the complete opposite of what I said. Don't go there unless you want to pay for another hair cut later that day!!! I was so traumatized I couldnt go back there to get it fixed they would have probably cut even more off!!! Ugh good thing hair grows back!
Noelle Spa For Beauty
I have been to Noelle's a few times. Twice I donated my hair to locks of loves through them. The first time it was free (which at most salons it is because you are donating you hair for cancer patients and for Noelle's esp it should be because the owner died from cancer) The second time I donated it they made me pay $50. The hair cuts are ok nothing great. Me and my sister went once for a trim before a wedding and they completely messed up my sisters hair, I guess thats what you get for asking for being cheap and going with the JR. stylist. Total waste of money in my opinion.
