Puppy Love

As a dog industry professional, I can tell you every shop I've been to all over the country, you will find someone who yells at animals and holds them in dominant positions. Imagine listening to 20+ dogs bark nonstop for eight hours. Imagine trying to hold them still when they are biting you. There are certain dogs that must be handled that way or you might get torn to shreds. As for the yelling, cursing, it's honestly something I can't stand, but I've seen it at every shop I've visited. My advice would be to find one groomer in the shop you like, take the time to meet them, give them a small tip for all their hard work, and use them reliably. Never just drop your dog off ANYWHERE without meeting the one who will be working on your baby. Long story short- I wouldn't call Puppy Love the best, but I would consider it to be average to its competitors. Anything's better than Petsmart!
