It's been hard to find a mechanic that I get a good vibe from, but I feel as though Ed and his boys have been very fair with me. Though, it's not like I've spent a small sum of money at the shop. On the contrary, but I do feel at this point that we've caught all the problems with my Cherokee and it's been running great. Don't let the size of the shop or Ed's great Charisma fool you. Nobody's out to get you. These are just a bunch of guys trying to make a living doing what they love. To be quite honest, they've been very accommodating about payment and have allowed me to stay on track with other financial commitments because of that understanding. Good luck finding a perfect mechanic, I'm just glad I found one who is straight forward, upstanding and honest. Thanks Guys!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! Sam was so professional and convenient. The 1st service call was on a Saturday morning, and the other 2 were late at night since I work late. He was so patient with me even though I could not make up my mind about him fixing my dryer or if I was just going to buy another. He was very honest and up front about what parts I needed and how much they would cost. I decided to keep the dryer since it was only a little over a year old and Sam even offered to fix the dryer hose which was a little banged up. He was very clean, dressed nicely, and spoke very well. He did not look like any "handy man" I've ever seen! I will make sure to refer these guys to anyone that asks me and I will also use them again. Great experience all around!

I was kind of angry when I was tow from a private property at Mc Donalds right next to court on Bryant st, but as a business owner I understand that they are right to tow you if you park in their property and don't buy anything.. People sometimes don't understand that they can get tow for parking in private properties. Guys it's PRIVATE not public parking. Right when I got tow I when back to police department to ask why I was tow, and they told me that I violated 22658 cvc code.
Learned from it... Will never park at Mc Donalds again, it's worth to pay public parking! It's cheaper that tows.
Don't get mad with towing companies, find out why you got tow first, 90% of the times it's people's foult not towing companies.
