There were fleas everywhere in my house! Alamo Pest Control came to get the problem under control and get rid of these fleas! The first time they came, they assessed the situation and told me what to do to prevent more problems in the future. I liked how they weren't in a rush to leave and took the time to explain everything!

Dr. Diebold and his staff have always been very caring with my pets. They are honest about what's going on and never try to up sell you on services or products. I've taken 3 cats and 2 dogs there. My female dog was spayed there. When I took her back to get her stitches out she PULLED ME into the lobby. She was actually excited to go back in. How weird is that?

In May she provided us with a three tiered white cake with raspberry filling and sugar star gazer lilies. She worked closely with us on the colors of the lilies to match the groom's cake. The groom's cake was a fabulous soccer jersey and the draping of the fondant looked just like real fabric. The groom was pleasantly surprised!Her prices are incredibly reasonable. She worked with us in our budget to make sure that we had plenty of cake to go around(and left overs!) and still give us a masterpiece.
My husband and I have been Toyota owners for the 25 years we have been together. As luck would have it, we've had some accidents (none of them our fault, thank God). With just one exception when I was living on the North Shore, we have been using Woburn Foreign Auto Body with great results. Bob Winters was our first customer service rep and now he runs the place! Shawn Bolger became our rep when Bob moved up and now he has also moved up. Star was the receptionist in those days and now she's moved up, too. [It says a lot for your operation that you've kept the same staff and have been able to promote them.] Jim Cooper was our latest rep and didn't let us down. My husband and I are both pretty fussy (him especially as an engineer!), but you have met or exceeded the high bar he sets over and over on his vehicles and on mine. We almost both moved away from Toyota due to their safety issues when we each purchased a new car (after the former were 10+ years old!) in the past year, but we were drawn back and are pretty happy so far. Sadly, my 2011 Camry at just over two months old, with only 1600 miles on it, was targeted by a deer while we were on vacation in July in the Lake George area. Between our awesome insurance company Liberty Mutual (with them for over 25 years)and Bob and his entire team, she's as good as new. Your expert technicians and body shop guys and your caring customer service people. You are to be commended. Although we always say when we leave that we hope we don't see you again anytime soon, we know if trouble arises that you'll be there to make it all better for us! We appreciate that very much.
