I had a very tricky, confusing issue--probably multiple issues. Steve really took the time to figure it out and finally solved the preliminary problem of a frozen pipe.

He was very thorough and I appreciated his tenacity and his communicating the various problems to me as he encountered them.

I experienced incredible service from Fischer. Dan was excellent and as a property manager I've worked with plenty of plumbers. Fischer is by far the best I've worked with, they were on time, did the job quickly and had all the tools need to perform the service with little interruption to the tenants.
BTW the project is near 98104 in Seattle and it seemed as if they were their within 10 mins of calling them. Who knows maybe they have esp too ;-)

Fischer Restoration - Water Damage Restoration

We were most impressed with David and Zak, the young men who put us at ease after experiencing two flooded bathrooms in our home. They worked so very hard, were most courteous and took charge of the huge problems of water in our home the minute they arrived.
