For the money, you really can't complain. The place has its quirks, but where else can you see a movie for just $1.50? With kids and a husband, I just can't afford to take the whole family to a "real" theater and pay $12 a person just for the tickets. The problems include stale popcorn, non-stadium seating, problems with the screen (the last three movies I saw there had big green lines all across it the whole time), and a gang problem. NEVER go there on Friday night - all the street thugs come out and you can't enjoy a movie worrying about your and your children's safetly. People have been shot there, after all. It's not a problem if your showing starts and ends before dark, though.
You'll feel neither safe nor comfortable in this IHOP. They pack way too many tables into a much too small space, and what makes being elbow to elbow with the folks at the next table even worse is the fact that there's a 90% chance they're gang members.
I've been to much better massage places. I've been here twice and neither time I was satisfied. They did not focus on the areas I asked and the massage was just not very pleasant. One of the guys seemed completely bored and basically ignored me. Next time I need a massage I will go somewhere else. I would not personally recommend any of the men here.
I only saw one movie here, but I really liked it. It's definitely not like other theaters. They show a lot of independent films that you'll never find anywhere else, and they serve a lot of unique food. I like supporting local businesses and independent theaters.
I used to love this TGIFriday, but not anymore. Several times I've been served food that was rotting (specifically the vegetables), and the dining room has a disgusting moldy smell that makes it hard to enjoy the food. The one thing this place has going for it is that the food is good when it's not expired.
The sermons here are wonderful and edifying, and although the church is very large you will definitely feel right at home. There is something here for everyone no matter what your spiritual needs. If you're looking for a church on fire for God and uncompromising in truth in a loving way, Colonial is the church for you.
I live right near this store and I feel lucky to have such a good grocery store nearby. The prices are always good, the store is always clean, and the staff is always friendly. I've been going here for about 15 years and altough newer, fancier stores have popped up around, I'm still loyal to this one.
Big mall with lots of stores. I like the design of it, and having lots of natural light and interesting architecture makes shopping much more pleasant. The only downside is they have had a gang problem the past few years and I no longer feel comfortable going there at certain times, like late in the evenings.
I saw doctor beavers for MANY years, and never once did he mention that a serious, irreversable dental problem was developing. He knew it was happening and it was right there in my records that he knew it. It had been going on for about 3 years before he told me. When he finally told me, it was too late to do anything about it and he told me I needed over $10,000 worth of dental surgery to fix it. Needless to say, I now see a new dentist.
Unlike other Food Lions, I've yet to encounter expired food here. Food left on shelves long past their sell-by date is my number 1 complaint against Food Lion but this store seems to be a lot better about it. It's also tends to be a clean and brightly-lit store with friendly service. When I'm in the area I like to stop by here and get my groceries.
