I am very sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience, However out saunas are not dry heat. All of the therapists do pour water on the hot stones in order to create steam for the aroma therapy. Oils are never placed on the body and we work only with organic natural honey masks. Our cold pludge pool is cleaned through a filtration system as well as weekly entirely drained and filled before the appointment.
