No stars : Buyer'S BEWARE ! I went to furniture USA on 2/19/2012 to purchase a bed for my nephew. Picked out a bed paid cash told them I would pick up next day. Called to cancel order and asked for refund less then 24 hours later. When I first called they gave me run around asked to speak with manager female Alex got on th e phone. Explained my situation and told her my situation. She said there is a no refund policy. How can that be when I never took possession of furniture it is still in showroom.
