Here at Waterford Automotive, we pride ourselves on conducting great business practices, quality service, quality auto parts, with high standards for customer care.
Unfortunately this female (Jennifer K.) has posted a negative review, as the rest of our great reviews from insider pages, google, yelp, and so forth, clearly show differently.
We feel that we should post the facts about this circumstance, seeing that she did not. She came to us with a vehicle that needed repair. We loaned her a vehicle in good faith, while we repaired her vehicle. She "totaled" this loaner vehicle. She never offered to pay for the damages to this loaner vehicle nor did we receive compensation for this "totaled" vehicle. We repaired her vehicle. We gave back her vehicle. She never paid for the repairs to her vehicle, as of this present date. These are the facts.
If she was so dissatisfied for the past repairs, why would she keep bringing us her vehicle to repair it? Look at the date of her negative review. It states, March 21st, 2012. Now that she doesn't want to pay for the "totaled" vehicle and that we are sitting here with an unpaid car repair bill on her vehicle, that she is now driving around, it seems kind of odd that she wants to post a negative review on March 21st, 2012. The bottom-line is that we will still offer quality repair services with high standards of customer care. We just won't offer repair services to this female anymore. Let us know if you want to pay your bill Jennifer K and please be honest about the facts.
Thank you for taking the time to consider the facts of this situation.
