Robyn L., did my hair a few months back, the blonde in the front went really grey. She tried put some more products to get rid of the ashy tones but it did not go very well. I just think she is not experienced enough. I was very unhappy with service and the attitude Robyn gave me when I told her it was to ashy for me, she said that is how your hair takes,she did not have time in her schedule to fix her terrible mistake, that I would have to come back. She made it like it was not a big deal., but for me my hair looked awful. The girls there also love to push the products and that is what Robyn tried doing to me,she tried selling me some product that would tone down the ashy/grey in the front of my head., bad taste on her end. She should of apologized and corrected it immediately. Needless to say I would never let Robyn touch my hair again. BLONDES STAY AWAY!!!
