Long waits in office, instead of rescheduling they walked me to a different dentist/building to do a pano xray (theirs broke), gave me a hard time for not being prepared for the extraction but they hadn't briefed me AT ALL prior to my appointment, cut my tongue during extraction, forgot to order my post-extraction prescription pain pills (corrected this after I called the emergency contact), prescribed antibiotics when I went in complaining of symptoms of dry-socket leaving me in unnecessary agony (I paid an oral surgeon to take over caring for my dry-socket; a natural clove oil stuffing replaced constant Vicodin AND ibuprofen meds- saved my liver), 23-hr wait for callback when I was in excruciating pain after their misdiagnosis (the reason why I contacted the new clinic), sent me a bill requesting additional payment even though I had paid for the procedure in office (billing coordinator says she made an error and they actually owe me $12). Received letter of apology/explanation after posting this review, but I don't feel like they took responsibility for all the mistakes. Already filled out the form to release my records to a more professional/organized clinic. Glad it's over with. I will not return.
