I went to Splash Salon to have a Spa Mani/Pedi . First impression was the appearance of the Spa treatment area: It is cluttered with people throwing their things on the message/facial treatment table. The waxing room where I had needed to wash my hands had so many boxes in front of the sink that I literally had straddle the boxes to do so. There are ripped out pieces of ???(honestly, it looked like a car bumper but I had no idea...)in various places throughout the mani/pedi room and two of the three pedi chairs appeared to be out of commission with the wall ripped out and exposed plumbing. It seemed like there were a lot of things broken or in disrepair there and it is sad to me, because it was once very appealing looking from the outside. I wasn't very disappointed with the Mani/Pedi, but it wasn't a Spa Mani/Pedi by any stretch of the imagination. The technician was friendly, however she was one of those uses "fingernail to hold the toes" kind that doesn't understand how painful that can be... I can say that I am happy I bought this through Groupon rather than full price( I paid $34 and retail price was $80, this is about the price of a normal mani/pedi elsewhere, so I got what I paid for...sort of). My biggest problem was the condition of the Spa, it didn't seem that....Sanitary.
