First, I would like to say thankyou to the staff, tec's, and doctor that took great care, understanding, and personal warmth, handeling the worst visit to a vet that any pet owner has to face. My wife and I were very emotional and may not have remembered to tell them how much help and comfort they gave my Max, and us. Yes the business went corporate, but these people were as carring as family. No one on earth could make this day easy, but I don't know how anyone could have been more compasionate. I'm sorry this enevitabul day had to happen, but I'm grateful to the gang at Knightswood. Thank you from Max, and my family.
