I went in as a Sprint customer and they worked hard to sell me two new phones and a new plan, it seemed like a good deal. My wife and I signed up. I was in two days later to verify my corp discount and reminded him about the account credits. Then when our bill came the promised credits were not applied and the bill was twice what we were told it would be. I went in to discuss our issue with someone, but was told that only the person I spoke with originally because the credits promised have to come off of his sales. I was told I should send him an e-mail. 7 days later still no respone to e-mail and I have left messages at the store, but no response there either. I work out of town and will end up have to pay the overcharged bill because our sales rep didn't keep up his end of the bargin and is now unreachable.
