I'm starting my 4th month of the early morning Encinitas boot camp and I feel like I'm forever addicted! I notice a big change in my strength and energy level. Every work out is different, I never know what to expect (except extreme challenge) and we always have a fun time!
My workouts in the past consisted of running a few miles three times a week. After joining SoCal Fitness Boot Camp, I realize how much more in shape I am in focusing on strength, balance and endurance. Love it!!
