Never showed up! Set up an appointment in advance, called to confirm an hour before. Never showed up, didn't answer phone when I called to find out if they were on the way. If they didn't want to do the job, they should have said so when I called to confirm the appointment.

After not hearing from them the following morning, I called them at which time I was told they had tried numerous phone numbers and did not get anyone! They told me they could not come out until tomorrow morning at which time I told them to forget it and I would find someone else to repair my appliance. Will not use again!!

this Company, first made an appointment to fix my appliance after 4pm. I gave them my cell phone number at asked them to call me at that number. Then called at 6pm to another number, but not the one I had provided, to say they were not coming but would call first thing in the morning to reschedule for the following afternoon. First of all, I am new in all kind of the septic system with my house that recently purchased, and we called for the free estimate, they told us in order to clean the septic tank, it will cost $2500. (seriously?! I have asked my friend and she told me for her house it cost about $400-$500). Therefore, we told them that we will need to think about it and we will call back. In the meantime, he threaten us that if we do not get the service from them, they will report it to the city because my house septic tank needs to be clean. Glad that we have it fix within a week because we really did receive a letter from city. I am not happy about their service and they are way too over price. Maybe they are professional, but at last I have it fixed with the other company to fix it for $380 instead of $2500.
