I created a Yelp account just for this review. I was so appalled by the treatment I honestly think that it will RUIN your dress buying experience. While the dresses are nice....the Owner Rene is flat out rude. Not only is she rude but in general her "rules" are simply not accommodating. The FIRST thing said to me when I came in (after I stood at the front counter for 10 minutes) was: "You can only try on three at a time" and then she walked away.
You CAN NOT:
Take pictures - which in an of it's self is not a problem until you find out it even after you put the NON REFUNDABLE deposit down on the dress and not even when you BUY it out right. Even when your parents are out of town and can't be there to help you choose.
Have your cell phone out with you AT ALL.
If you were thinking of calling/texting your mom when you've found the dress - think again. You are not allowed to have your phone in the dressing area at all. If you try to she will threaten to call the police on you.
Try on the dress in layaway:
Remember that you couldn't take pics or call mom? So if she wasn't fortunate enough to be there with you and you put your dress on layaway (by putting down 35% which is NONREFUNDABLE) she can't see you put it on until you've paid for it and even then you have to take it OUT OF THE STORE to take pics....that's right. Even after you've purchased it.
People with this type of lack of customer service do NOT deserve your money. I plan on putting this review in as many places as I can so that no one has to question what kind of experience they will have. Just AWFUL.
