I lived at Fernwood for 11 years. It was a wonderful place to live. Family like atmosphere. In Nov. 2010 it was sold to CT Metro Holdings (based in NY) I've since moved out b/c there is no management. Snow is not plowed, maintenance issues are not addressed. They've installed camera's in every nook and cranny of the place; put up a fence with barbed wire and a gate in the front. Basically, it's a concentration camp without a leader or help. Yes, the apartments are beautiful and if you can get a hold of someone to show you one (there is no office), you'll agree. Yet don't be fooled. I was very sad to leave my home of 11 yrs, but I had to; the anxiety was killing me.
I can't give this any stars.
