This past weekend, our daughter visited Holler Honda in search of a new vehicle. Mr. Lawrence Guevarra (a sales representative) approached us. He remembered me from a previous successful and pleasant purchase in 2011. Through is subtle and professional approach, our family not only bought a 2013 Honda Fit, but I traded in my 2011 Pilot for an upgraded 2013 model. Had it not been for his insights and patience with us, neither purchase may have occurred. We'd also like to recognize our financial representative Mr. Alin Ranja. I have never liked the final part of buying a car (signing the financial papers and the pressure to buy additional "services"). Mr. Ranja, did not utilize these techniques, but rather explained our options, making the experience was quite pleasant. Our new team will hopefully remain Lawrence and Alin.
