Unfortunately I don't share the same experiences. It started good service, but within 6 months the service went from A to D-. What was supposed to be weekly became biweekly some times once a month. but never missed to charge for his weekly visit. When our pool turned yellow-greenish for absence of chlorine, we called and left numerous messages but the maintenance person never showed up. Also we lost a full month of service, since we were always charged before service.
