Hercules Towing Services

I called Hercules Towing earlier today because my car wouldn't start. In my car, the battery is in the trunk under a removable access panel but the owner's manual instructs you to jump start the car using two remote terminals under the hood. I had already tried to jump start the car using the remote terminals to no avail so I assumed that there was a problem with my starter. When I called Hercules and explained the problem, off the top of his head, the person I spoke with knew about my car's unusual battery configuration and told me that because of the weird set-up, it was extremely difficult to jump start my car using the remote terminals under the hood. Before I spent a bunch of money on towing and having my car looked at by a mechanic, the employee suggested that I should try to jump start my car by connecting the cables directly to the battery in the trunk (contrary to what the owner's nick said). The guy even went so far as to walk me through how to remove the access panel. Sure enough, his advice was right on the money and my car started right up.

Rather than tow my car needlessly and pocket my money, the employee spent 15 minutes on the phone with me explaining a way for me to avoid having to use his company in the first place. Needless to say, I'm thrilled. Hercules really went above and beyond. I will be recommending this company to anyone that will listen and when my car inevitably breaks down again, I will definitely go with Hercules.

I'm impressed. The QUALITY of work that was performed on my doors (I had several doors re-locked and re-pinned) was seriously outstanding. Now that's a freakin' lock! lol Lock Solutions was exceptional in communication. I can't tell you how thankful I am for the amount of time they spent with me and my landlord over the phone - they asked about the types of locks I currently had, even recommended to take photos and send them so that they could help me to understand what it is that I currently had vs. what could be done differently and why. They considered my safety first. That's really appreciated and most important to me. They educated me on the different types of locks out there and my options - not to mention they were knowledgeable of building codes in the city of Agoura Hills - very important because many landlords will hire a friend to go buy a lock at a retail store and install it when they really don't understand the building codes or what constitutes a quality lock - not to mention the quality of locks at retail stores are just not anywhere near what these are. This locksmith knows what's current and durable out there. This locksmith has immense talent in his profession. A professional is really vital and these guys are just that. Thank you so much :)
