We have been coming here for 5 years and we feel like family when we come in. Katie and Heather at the front desk always ask how we and our dog are doing. They genuinely care about all of us! The rest of the staff is great too, all of them make us feel very cared for and they have been willing to help work with us when money has been tight in the past. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
I have belonged to banfield for a number of years in Burlington, WA.My dog went in for her comprehensive exam/dental she has always had a plak issue and 1 molar was of concern they called and said it needed to come out as I expected. I had just lost my job of 41/2 years and I was denied unemployment I had no money. Jerimie the front desk who knows my dog on sight even when I just shop @ petsmart hooked me up with a credit card company. I had also lost my bank account so I had a $20.00 check return fee with corporate so this took a long time and most of Jerimies day she persisted all day to accomplish these very necessary tasks She was comforting to me as my dog was receiving all the special care she needed by the dedicated veternary staff. I trust my Burlington Banfield.Jerimie also was aware I was useing a prepaid cell so we did these time consuming tasks @Baanfield. My dog and all the financing arrangments were finally completed bu check out @3:30 p.m. PST.My vet. came out and discussed medications , what had been done to Shylo and provided my with verbal and very thorough written report of what to do @home with the prescribed medications, when her next appointment is. I am so grateful for the services and costs of Banfield to keep my dog healthy.
