If you reach an accord among yourselves this process will become effortless, inexpensive and keep some money in your pocket. This is what we had and did. in fact way after our divorce we had a few scenarios come up and reach out to Rich and he went out of his way to address them, believe it or not, not a penny was asked of us to pay.
