Do not use this sunshine! Dave the manager is a piece of work and very rude! When I told him about the issues I had with his company, he laughed and told me to go back to Long Island. I'm not even from the east coast and nor have I ever been to Long Island. What was that about? He is a "manager" that doesn't care to listen to the problems that customers face, let alone try to fix them. He does not represent the company well at all.
When I tried to schedule an appointment with Sunshine they said it would have to be months out because they are always running deals with Groupon and Living Social. I don't know why they would continue to run specials if they don't have the staff or equipment to keep up with it. Anyway, the day of the appointment finally came and they called me at 7am to say they wanted to come earlier than our appointment time that day. I explained that I work nights and that I need any appointment (and phone calls for that matter) to be in the afternoons please. Then they called back and wanted to come that evening. (Duh!) Then they called me to say that they couldn't come at all and I'd have to call back to reschedule. I called and left a message as they never answer their phone and Dave is not prompt about returning calls. When he did call at 7am and woke me up again I explained that I work nights and he laughed at me. Really? He didn't care at all and never apologized. So when is it ok for businesses to call residences that early in the morning? He was just plain inconsiderate and not interested in trying to keep me as a customer. He didn't care at all that I would have to reschedule the appointment after waiting for months! After the experience I had up to this point, I didn't even want them to come out to my house. I hear they bait and switch people anyway and lords knows they are not customer service oriented! I would stay away if I were you!
