We had been taking our cats and dogs to Highline for years while the elder Dr. (Mr.) Jackson had been running the clinic. The visits with him were always good and we felt he really cared about the animals. We are not as happy with Dr. (Ms. Jackson) who took over the clinic. You just don't get the feeling she really likes what she does, and when you ask her a question you are as likely to get a flip remark back. We asked her once if she could recommend a cat food brand for our new, overweight cat, and she responded flippantly that there were hundreds of brands out there and too many for her to keep track of to recommend anything. Seriously? We had asked her about something once before about our pet's care and got the same attitude. We resist asking questions anymore. The desk staff are robotic for the most part. It's just not a comfortable visit for us or our pets anymore so we are going to another vet.
