"An employee at Gold's Gym FORGED my signature"
"On June 20, 2013, I filed a police report. A detective informed that this is not the first report that they've had against Gold's Gym. According to the Better Business Bureau, there have been 396 complaints against this company within the last 12 months (F rating)."
"Bottom line: unethical business practices"
Upon enrollment I was informed that you can perform snatch exercises and drop the weight. Like in Olympic style lifting. In addition to that I would be able to train at most Golds gym considering the amount of travel I do.
After traveling to Miami I get back to find out that it is against the "rules and regulations" of the gym I signed up in to drop weights. When I try and cancel their reasoning is: "You signed up under a multigym contract and since other gyms offer the equipment to drop weights you cannot cancel your membership because of this."
I have attempted several times to resolve the situation diplomatically however after a brief discussion with some associates of mine they are committing fraud by promising one thing and then delivering another and then using unethical business practices to force you into paying it.
