When you choose a Plastic Surgeon, you are choosing someone who you are going to have a very unique relationship with. In my case, I was discussing some of my insecurities on things I wanted changed. I went to 8 different consultations within the Newport Beach area with other doctors prior to meeting Dr. Ip. The first thing that impressed me was that Dr. Ip did not make you wait for your appointment. This made a big impression, as I often had to wait up to an hour for other consultations. It immediately made me feel like I was a priority and that his office was well managed and professional. His office personnel are also very professional, organized and friendly.

I am still so appreciative of the late night service and ethical treatment that I received from Ruben (an employee of All In One) one late night last March, that I decided to write this review. My ford explorer died in Hopland (at 10pm on a Friday night) and Ruben came to my rescue. He arrived promptly and towed my car to the All in One Shop in Ukiah. He tried multiple ways to get me back on the road. It turned out that I needed to get a new battery and alternator the next day... but I appreciated all Ruben's efforts to help me and advise me on repairs (that had to be done elsewhere over the weekend). This is my first Yelp review, but Ruben deserved this. Also, I would have rated the business with 5 stars... but the shop itself was not as clean/organized as it could have been. Hope I don't ever break down again on my way from SF to Lake County... but if I do... I will call All in One.

I usually don't fill out reviews but felt that the staff at Dr. Thompson's office deserve to know how good of a job they are doing. I walked into the office without an appointment for the first time and the staff welcomed me as if I had been a customer at their office for years. The care was efficient and I was in and out in less than 30-40 minutes. I would recommend this office to a friend.
