I have used family pet clinic in NRH for nearly 10 years. Dr. Ford has always been so gentle and kind with my babies. When seeing another vet, I am usually secure in knowing that my babies are getting the best care. I once had an issue with a vet and immediately was offered the service of another vet in the office-resulting in a perfect fit! The techs are very sweet with my furry babies. I am an extremely critical client and must say that they have always respected my requests.
