What a waste of time. Bought an Amazon deal for $49 A/C tune up. Went in on Monday and waited for TWO HOURS before they even told me they didn't have the tube on their machine to put in more freon. But I kept my cool, and dropped my car off on Saturday at 9.30 after they ordered the part for their machine. Asked them to also replace my tail light while I was in, said I would be back at 1, and they said that was plenty of time. They called me just before 1 while I was on my way back, so I made sure they had the A/C and the light done with no problems. They said they were about to do the light, as if they had forgotten and I just reminded them. Still, no problem - this is a ten minute job. I showed up fifteen minutes later and they were starting the light. Ok, I thought, this will be fast. 45 minutes later I asked - what's the problem? And after all that time THEY COULDN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO GET TO THE TAIL LIGHT. I am a 23 year old woman, and last time I did the tail light MYSELF. I told them to just forget it and give me the car. They tried to charge me nearly $200, and I told them I had the Amazon deal - then they STILL charged me an additional $60 ON TOP OF the $45 I paid through Amazon. I should have argued, but honestly I just wanted to get out of there. I wasn' the only one waiting, either - someone had been there for so long that he BROUGHT A UKULELE. Another guy had gone out to grab breakfast AND lunch.
I expect terrible service through Groupon-type deals, but I don't expect terrible service AND extra charges. The moral of the story- don't waste your time with this shitshow.
