I bought my house almost one year ago. The inspection was very thorough! However what was amazing was the service AFTER. On move-in day, It was August 1st and VERY hot and the a/c was not working. I am a single mom and was alone and had no idea what to do.Then I remembered I had the home inspector's cell number Lee Garette, saved in my phone. I called and he thought back to the the inspection and instructed me to check the circuit breaker - told me where it was and how to check if it was on or off - I flipped the switch on and I had A/C! Then, months later, as winter came on sooner than expected there was a freeze warning. I knew I had to turn off the outside water spigots. For a second time I called thinking this time, he won't answer! But he did and helped me again to find the outside water shut off valve and turned it off so the pipes would not freeze. THAT IS SERVICE!
