Beautiful furniture does not mean great service. I purchased my furniture in 11/13 delivery was on time and set up great. I went back on 7/2/14 to purchase (paying cash) the sofa table and end table which was not in stock. I was given a estimate of 8 to 12 weeks to pick up (not delivery). No tables yet (10/1/14) and no call. When I call I am told they are coming from over seas and they may be here by the end of Oct. still no guarantee.
Very disappointed, I asked what type of customer service do you provide for the delay. I was told nothing. I asked for free delivery and was told no.
Therefore, you have my cash which you are gaining interest on and I have a incomplete furniture setting.
I will not purchase anything from Bachman again, and I suggest to not purchase anything that is not in stock. I believe they wait until they have enough orders to get products ship, if the items are really coming from overseas. I am stuck, there are no cancellations or refunds boldly noted on the receipt.
There customer satisfaction is very poor. I would rate them low.
I will keep you posted on when the my tables come in or if they provide any type of customer satisfaction.
